Terms & Conditions.

  • The setup fee is $199 which includes the USB modem.
  • No contract!
  • You can recharge as many times as you wish within your 30 day period. Every time you recharge there is a 30 day usage limit and your recharge usage will be reset, except the 15GB Plan where the usage limit is 365 days.
  • The maximum an individual account can download per calendar month is a combined total of 8GB.
  • Service only available in Optus 3G areas.
  • Service Qualification (Optus Wireless 3G Broadband check)
  • Postage and handling cost $15.00 inc GST
  • All plans include uploads and downloads when calculating data consumption.
  • If a customer exceeds 8GB of data (download + upload) per individual service the service will be suspended until the anniversary date.
  • Price subject to change.
  • Modem provided with DOA warranty only. DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty means that you must inspect the product immediately upon receiving it. You have no more than 7 business days to inspect and call/email Yabba.net.au back for return/exchange (depending upon product description).
